Boston College And Cincinnati Schedule Games For 2026 & 2027
Boston College scheduled two more games for their future schedule, as they have added matchups with the Cincinnati Bearcats in 2026 and 2027 according to Cincinnati.com. The '26 matchup will take place at Nippert Stadium in '26, while the '27 matchup will occur at Alumni Stadium.
Cincinnati, an AAC school finished 2018 11-2, with wins over UCLA and Virginia Tech. The two schools have a very limited history, with BC holding a 4-3 series lead, the last coming in 1996 when the Dan Henning squad eeked out a win over the Bearcats 24-17 on the road.
Right now Boston College has three out of conference matchups set for 2026. They have Rutgers coming to Alumni, while they are traveling to Ohio twice, once to face Ohio State, and now this matchup with Cincy. The skeptic in me still wonders if the Buckeyes matchup will actually ever happen, as it has already been pushed back once. We will have to wait and see if the two teams actually ever meet or if the game is eventually just cancelled. The 2027 matchup features the same three teams, but with Ohio State and Cincy coming here, and BC heading to Piscataway to face the Scarlet Knights.
