Boston College Player Ratings in Madden '21

A look at the ratings of Boston College players in the new version of the video game Madden '21.

On Friday, EA Sports released their ratings for the upcoming version of the video game Madden '21. With many Boston College players in the game, BC Bulletin looked up these players to find out the ratings in the upcoming game. Safety Justin Simmons was the highest ranked former Eagle at 90 while rookie running back AJ Dillon was rated a 70. 

Below is the ratings for Boston College players listed in the game, which will be released on August 25, 2020.

Matt Ryan - Quarterback - Falcons 87
Anthony Castonzo - Tackle - Colts 85
John Johnson - Safety - Rams 84
Harold Landry - Outside Linebacker - Titans 82
Matt Milano - Left Outside Linebacker - Bills 79

Chris Lindstrom - Right Guard - Falcons 72
AJ Dillon - Running Back - Packers 70
Kevin Pierre Louis - Linebacker - Washington- 69
Isaac Yiadom - Cornerback - Broncos 69
Zach Allen - Defensive End - Arizona 69
Will Harris - Safety - Detroit 69
Tommy Sweeney - Tight End - Buffalo 67
Jeff Smith - Wide Receiver - New York Jets 64
Michael Walker - Wide Receiver - Jaguars 64

Wyatt Ray - Defensive End - New York Jets 59

A few Eagles that are in the NFL but aren't listed in the game include Ray Smith (49ers), Jake Burt (Patriots), and Aaron Monteiro (Panthers). 

Some interesting notes about player attribution ratings:

* AJ Dillon only has an 80 in strength, but an 88 in speed. His lowest ranking? A 63 in pass catching ability


* Justin Simmons has a 96 in agility. 

* Jeff Smith has a 93 in speed
