BYU Basketball Makes its First Appearance in Joe Lunardi's Bracketology

It's never too early for some college basketball bracketology. Especially when BYU is ranked no. 19 in the AP poll and no. 10 in KenPom. On Tuesday, ESPN bracketology expert Joe Lunardi released his updated March Madness projections.
BYU was included in the projections as an eight seed. In Lunardi's projection, BYU would face no. 9 Clemson in the first round. The winner would advance to take on the winner of Arizona-Howard.
BYU was one of 10 Big 12 schools projected to be in the field of 68. No other conference in the country is projected to have as many tournament teams as the Big 12. The SEC is second with eight projected teams in the field of 68.
