Quansah has been outstanding in the classroom and on the field during his time at Duke University, but his commitment to programs such as Habitat for Humanity deserves equal recognition as well. Quansah has not only helped with building projects in his own community of Durham but has also traveled to both Guatemala and Paraguay to construct classrooms, schools, homes and crucial medical infrastructures.

In addition to his efforts with Habitat, Quansah also serves his fellow students on campus, helping freshmen student-athletes adjust to the change of college life through Duke’s First Year ACTION program.

Here's Coach David Cutcliffe discussing Quansah's honor.
