Florida Gators Basketball Releases 2023-24 Out-of-Conference Schedule

The Florida Gators 2023-24 out-of-conference schedule is here.

The madness that is college basketball is inching closer.

On Monday, Florida basketball announced its out-of-conference schedule for the 2023-24 season, presenting the solidified list of opponents head coach Todd Golden and staff will face in the first two months of their second year at the helm.

Out of the 13 games, Florida will remain in Gainesville for six. An annual bout with in-season rival Florida State on Nov. 17 aligns as the most noteworthy home contest on the calendar.

Loyola Maryland, Florida A&M, Merrimack Grambling State and Quinnipiac appear as the other visiting schools UF will play host to in November and December.

The Gators slate includes just one true road game, coming on Nov. 29 when the Gators travel to Winston-Salem, N.C., to take on the Wake Forest Demon Deacons in the inaugural ACC/SEC Challenge.

However, Florida will endure six neutral site games during the out-of-conference schedule. Appearances in the Hall of Fame Series (Charlotte), NIT Tip-Off (Brooklyn), Orange Bowl Classic (Sunrise, Fla.) and Jumpman Invitational (Charlotte) highlight the Gators' early season trips away from Gainesville.

Both contests in Charlotte, against Virginia (Nov. 10) and Michigan (Dec. 19) respectively, will be games of interest to gauge Florida’s aptitude regarding their NCAA tournament expectations under Golden in year two.

Below you can find the complete Gators’ 2023-24 non-conference schedule.
