Wins in rivalry games never come easy, that's something that Florida State has learned during its Week 11 matchup with the Miami Hurricanes. Despite entering the contest as a massive underdog, the Hurricanes never dropped their heads after going down 10-0 in the early stages of the second quarter.

Instead, Miami fought back to make it a closely contested affair in Doak Campbell Stadium. The Hurricanes even took a 13-10 advantage in the third quarter after converting a field goal on their first possession of the second half.

With that being said, Florida State never quit fighting and both sides of the ball eventually began to settle in. The defense forced five consecutive points while the offense finally started to have success on the ground.

The pressure was further magnified on Miami when the Hurricanes were forced to punt from inside their own 20. Star wide receiver Keon Coleman, back in the lineup after missing the win over Pittsburgh, fielded the kick and exploded up the middle of the field. It looked like Coleman would go all the way to the end zone but he was brought down at the Miami 10 for a return of 55-yards.

A few plays later, Coleman scored his first touchdown of the night to provide a spark against the Hurricanes. The scoring grab came on a contested catch in the end zone, a specialty that Coleman has shown off multiple times this season.

All in all, it ended up as Coleman's tenth receiving touchdown of the season as he continues to lead the ACC in that department. He's caught four catches for 24 yards and a touchdown with time to play in the fourth quarter.

Florida State holds a 27-20 advantage against Miami with 8:22 remaining in the game.
