WATCH: Sights and Sounds from FSU's Final Tour of Duty Session prior to Spring Practice

The Seminoles are back in action.

Mike Norvell and the Florida State Seminoles took to the Albert J. Dunlap Athletic Indoor Practice Facility at 6 AM to wrap up Tour of Duty. The workout is around a month-long program that includes a variety of drills specifically in focus to fulfill conditioning needs and grow athleticism. Strength and conditioning coach Josh Storms leads the entire workout along with his assistants for a straight hour and from observing the process, it isn't easy, to say the least.

Down below is a variety of media collected throughout the morning including a first look at star freshman Hykeem Williams, Winston Wright Jr., transfer tight end Jahiem Bell, returning running back Trey Benson, and a ton more.

Williams doesn't look like your regular size at wide receiver for a freshman.

South Carolina transfer tight end Jaheim Bell is a big-sized human built with a lot of athleticism.

A good look here at some of FSU's skill position players. Penn State transfer running back Caziah Holmes is one that flashed all throughout the morning.

Winston Wright Jr. is a player that has added some size and more importantly looked smooth and shifty during his drills today. Something to keep an eye on moving into Spring Camp.

Trey Benson was just on another level during Tour of Duty Thursday morning beating about everyone in his drills. If Florida State had a game Saturday, he'd be 100% ready to go.

This was probably the highlight of the morning with the defense running 60 yards down the field after finishing their drills to come encourage and hype up the offense during their own drill. We didn't see this last year and you can tell the camaraderie and brotherhood is building early with this 2023 team. It even received a shoutout from a certain 2013 National Champion and Remington Award winner.

Shorter University tight end transfer Kyle Morlock looks the part.

True freshman quarterback Brock Glenn had an impressive morning but more on the side of his leadership. He was busy making sure his teammates were finishing their reps and giving motivation.

Defensive lineman Joshua Farmer impressed a ton throughout the morning. His effort was top notch as seen above.

A good look here at Miami transfer defensive lineman Darrell Jackson behind defensive end Patrick Payton (new number #11) and Dennis Briggs Jr. in the back.

A fantastic look at legacy defensive end Lamont Green Jr. in action here.

If you like large offensive linemen, Colorado transfer Casey Roddick is your guy.

UTEP transfer Jeremiah Byers and Auburn transfer Keiondre Jones certainly have their size, too.
