Official visits are in full swing around the country and there's been plenty of action going down in Tallahassee. Florida State has hosted 14 official visitors this month and will more than double that number during the final weekend of June.

The Seminoles hold 11 verbal commitments in their 2024 class. The majority of the pledges are solid at this time but a couple of prospects are still looking around.

Four-star wide receiver TJ 'Tawaski' Abrams committed to Florida State following a multi-day unofficial visit in January. He didn't return to campus throughout the remainder of the winter and spring while flirting with some other programs in the process.

Abrams unofficially visited Colorado in April and has been taking official visits to other programs this month. He checked out Texas A&M two weeks ago and is currently in the midst of an official visit to Florida.

This marks his second trip to Gainesville this year. Abrams posted to his Instagram Story of UF head coach Billy Napier driving him around.

The Florida native is scheduled to return to Tallahassee for the first time in roughly six months next week for his official visit. Abrams is one of four four-star wide receivers pledged to Florida State in the 2024 class.

Abrams caught 37 passes for 429 yards and five touchdowns as a junior. FSU is planning to utilize his speed on the outside as well as on special teams at the college level. He's a legitimately elite athlete as Abrams has been timed with multiple sub-11-second finishes during his track career. That includes a career-best 10.62-second 100-meter dash as a junior.

The 5-foot-11, 175-pound wide receiver is regarded as the No. 255 overall prospect, the No. 38 WR, and the No. 40 recruit in the state of Florida in the 2024 class according to 247Sports.
