Since emerging as one of the nation's most dominant college football players, Brock Bowers has been gradually building up his trophy case. Along with two national championship rings and an SEC title, the tight end is also the reigning Mackey Award winner.

But this year, Bowers has the opportunity to take home another award, as he has been named a semi-finalist for the Bilentikoff Award. Which is awarded to the nation's best college receiver, no matter the position.

Despite missing a handful of games due to an ankle injury, Bowers currently leads all Power-5 tight ends with 661 receiving yards and has helped his team to victory in more ways than one. He is one of the only tight ends to be named a semi-finalist for the award.

Bowers will compete in his final regular season matchup this Saturday against the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets and will play the following week in the SEC Championship against the Alabama Crimson Tide. The Bilentikoff Award winner is set to be announced on Dec. 8th and voting will close on Dec. 2nd.
