Georgia Names New Defensive Backs Coach
Georgia was left with a coaching vacancy at the defensive backs coaching position when now Syracuse head coach Fran Brown left the program to become the head coach for The Orange. Since then, Brown has added a number of new commits, including several former Georgia players as well.
As for the vacancy at the defensive backs coaching position, that void is no longer. Head coach Kirby Smart has hired a former defensive backs coach for the USC Trojans, Donte Williams. He is known for his recruiting prowess on the trail. Williams has spent the last three years with the Trojans, prior to that he was the defensive backs coach for the Oregon Ducks.
