Some important information for Georgia football's spring game that fans might have missed.

There are just a few weeks left until Georgia plays its annual spring game. A date has been set for April 18th and the game will be played at 1 PM ET in Sanford Stadium. Tickets are available for fans to purchase at a price of $10 each. However, there is some other important information that has been revealed that fans might have missed.

Georgiadogs.com has all of the information fans need to know for those who want to attend the event. Last year, Georgia's spring game, along with many other college spring games, was not televised for fans at home to watch. This likely had to do with coaches not wanting other teams to be able to watch extra film on their players and potentially recruit them during the spring transfer window.

The good news is there is no longer a spring transfer window and some though that would bring back spring games being televised, and it looks like Georgia has elected to do just that.

According to the spring game information provided by the university, Georgia's spring game will be available for streaming on ESPN+ this year. Fans can also listen to the radio broadcast on the Georgia Bulldogs Sports Network.

Spring games are always an intriguing event for fans to watch both from inside of the stadium and from their homes. It's there first look at any newcomers on the roster and they get to see how players have developed throughout spring practice from the end of last season.

It's also a great time for fans to get their fix in before college football enters the true portion of the offseason and the long wait for next season begins as summer rolls around.

Georgia is looking to improve upon from what they accomplished a season ago. Kirby Smart and his team managed to win their second conference title in a row, but lost in the quarterfinal round in the Sugar Bowl for the second year in a row as well.

The Bulldogs put an emphasis on retaining the players that were already on their roster during the winter portal window, while also making some additions from the portal as well. That philosophy doesn't exactly match what a lot of college football programs are doing in today's era of college football, so only time will tell if that pays off for the Bulldogs in 2026.
