The Georgia Bulldogs will face the South Carolina Gamecocks in what will be their final game before beginning play in the SEC tournament. This will be the second meeting of the season between these two teams and the 120th meeting of all time. South Carolina currently leads the series 62-57.

In the first meeting, it was the Dawgs that came away with the victory in Athens. However, the Gamecocks will have a chance at revenge as they will get to host the Dawgs (a team that has struggled on the road this season) on their home court.

Both teams have each lost their last three games and will be looking to finish out their season in a somewhat positive fashion. The Bulldogs are fresh off a home loss to Florida where they once again, fell victim to awful play in the second half. While the Gamecocks are coming back from a tough two-game stretch that featured Tennessee and Mississippi State.

The Georgia offense has been an interesting study all season. Without one player taking the reigns as the offensive leader it has been difficult to assess which players will have the biggest impact. However, guards Kario Oquendo and Justin Hill have shined for the Bulldogs as of late and will likely be the deciding factor as to whether the team emerges victorious this afternoon.

South Carolina's forward Josh Gray has been the driving force on offense as of late. The junior from Brooklyn, New York has led the team in rebounds eight out of the last 11 outings and will likely have similar success against a Georgia team that has struggled all season to guard against big men in the paint.
