WATCH: Todd Monken Compliments Georgia's Culture in First Press Conference With Ravens

Todd Monken had his first media appearance as the offensive coordinator for the Baltimore Ravens this Tuesday, Feb. 21st. During his presser, Monken was questioned on a plethora of topics regarding his future plans with the Ravens as well as his time with the Bulldogs.
Monken stated that if he was going to leave, it would be for a team with a similar culture to Georgia's. He also said that the winning culture that the Bulldogs possessed was there long before he ever began working with the team.
"I get way too much credit for our success. I came in there and the culture was already set, the players were already recruited, the staff that we put together was tremendous in terms of our success. But this is what was next."

In just three seasons under Monken, the Bulldogs' offense soared to new heights, averaging over 37 points and 455 yards per game that lead to not one, but two national title victories which were the first for the program in 41 years. Monken also helped produce the team's first Heisman candidate in over 30 years with quarterback Stetson Bennett.
