What Georgia is Getting From Latest Commit Justin Greene
The Georgia Bulldogs added to their magnificent 2024 class earlier this week when they picked up a commitment from defensive lineman Justin Greene. Greene, a defensive lineman from the state of Georgia is currently ranked as a borderline top-100 player in the 2024 class. His commitment came following an exciting weekend visit to Athens, which included six current commits from the '24 class.

But what does the Bulldogs latest commit bring to the table? Aside from being one of the most talented players at his position in the class of 2024, Greene possesses a skill set that is extremely impressive for his age. The defensive lineman’s hand speed and finesse moves are extremely refined for a player his age. This gives Greene the potential to be an immediate threat in rushing the passer once he arrives in Athens next fall.
Greene also has a very dynamic frame as well. Standing at 6-foot-4 and 270 pounds, he has mroe than enough height and speed to play off the edge, but also has the size to be big enough to play on the interior of the defensive line.
Greene’s developed skill set and work ethic give him the potential to have a major impact on the Bulldog’s defense for years to come. His commitment only proves Kirby Smart’s elite ability as a recruiter. Consistently being in the conversation of a top-three recruiting class since he took over at Georgia, Smart is looking to solidify the Bulldogs as the true dominant force of college football.
