2024 Georgia Tech cornerback target Raemon Mosby makes college decision

Mosby is staying in the ACC to play for Louisville

Georgia Tech was hoping to add three-star cornerback Raemon Mosby to its 2024 class, but Mosby is heading elsewhere in the ACC.

Heading into this commitment, the 247Sports Crystal Ball Predictions pointed towards Mosby choosing Louisville and that is where he is going.

Mosby, who plays at Westlake High School in Atlanta, was on an official visit to Atlanta in the month of June, but the Yellow Jackets were not able to land his commitment.

He listed Georgia Tech among his final nine schools, and the other schools on the list include West Virginia, Duke, Louisville, East Carolina, Mississippi State, Indiana, Cincinnati, and Tulane. He is a three-star prospect on the 247Sports Composite and the No. 908 player in the country.

Earlier today, Georgia Tech lost to UCF for 2024 four-star athlete Kylan Fox.

Georgia Tech has been hot on the recruiting trail as of late, including flipping four-star wide receiver Isiah Canion from Notre Dame yesterday. The Yellow Jackets have had a great summer but were unable to pull in one of their defensive back targets today.

The 2024 class for Georgia Tech ranks 18th on Rivals and 22nd on 247Sports.
