Breaking: Four-Star Offensive Lineman Peyton Joseph Makes College Decision

Joseph had Georgia Tech among his finalists before choosing his school today

Georgia Tech made the final three schools for four-star offensive lineman Peyton Joseph, but they were not the final school chosen.

Joseph made his commitment today between the Yellow Jackets, Florida Gators, and Florida State Seminoles and Joseph chose the Gators today.

Georgia Tech is still looking for its first commitment in the 2025 cycle. They are in the hunt for several top prospects and it is still early in the process. Georgia Tech would have loved to have landed Joseph for sure, but it is still early in the process. There is 10 months until the early signing period and Brent Key will keep working to recruit him. After Amontrae Bradford committed to Colorado last year, Key and his staff kept working and were able to flip him on signing day. Recruiting is about playing the long game and to keep working away.

According to 247Sports Composite, Joseph is a four-star prospect, the No. 121 ranked nationally, the No. 4 interior offensive and the No. 18 ranked player in Georgia.

Joseph has had nothing but good things to say about Georgia Tech through this process so far.

Phillip Dukes from On3 Sports broke the news of his top schools on the Five Star Flex show. Here is what Joseph said on his platform:

“The opportunity at Georgia Tech. Talking to Coach Geep Wade and Coach Brent Key, they have a lot to offer and a lot to comes down to me, do I want to stay in state or do I not want to stay in It could be a great possibility that I stay in the state. Talking with those guys they have a lot to offer to be honest," said Joseph.

Our own Najeh Wilkins provided a great scouting report on the four-star offensive lineman:

"Joseph is great in pass protection and is practically immovable once he hands on you. He is also very agile with his 305 pound frame getting out in space on screens and can also be used as a puller in the run game. He is great at getting to the second level and creating open lanes for running backs to run through."
