Georgia Tech Recruiting Notebook: New Offers Out to 2024 Prospects
There is no resting in the world of recruiting and new offers are going out to 2024 prospects every day as things start to heat up for this class.
Georgia Tech has had a busy week of offering new 2024 prospects this week and the top targets are emerging for the Yellow Jackets staff.
So who are the new offers from the staff today?
1. OT Jesse Perry (Murfreesboro, TN)
One of the new offers went to Jesse Perry, who is rated a three-star offensive tackle by 247Sports. It has been a busy month for Perry, who has collected offers from Tennessee, UAB, TCU, Coastal Carolina, and Duke to add to his already lengthy offer list. This will be a recruitment worth keeping an eye on.
2. CB Wardell Mack (Marrero, LA)
The highest-rated prospect offer that went out from the Yellow Jackets today went to Wardell Mack, a four-star in the 247Sports Composite. Mack has offers from Alabama, LSU, Colorado, Florida State, Miami, Nebraska, and Texas, among others. LSU is the crystal ball favorite at 247 right now and will be tough to beat in this recruitment.
3. DL Charleston Collins (Little Rock, AR)
Charleston Collins is rated as a four-star defensive lineman prospect on the 247Sports composite and received an offer from defensive line coach Marco Coleman today. Collins is an explosive player at 6'4 260 LBS and has offers from TCU, Oklahoma, Auburn, Oregon, Missouri, Penn State, LSU, Miami, and Georgia.
As always you can expect more offers in the coming days from this staff as they get to work on trying to add to their 2024 class.
Four-Star quarterback Jakhari Williams is Georgia Tech's only 2024 commitment
Georgia Tech currently has one player committed for the 2024 class and that is four-star quarterback Jakhari Williams (Macon, GA). Williams is the guy that Key is going to be building this class around and that is a very good building block.
