From his bio at Georgia Tech Athletics:
"Rated as a three-star prospect by 247Sports and Rivals … Named 2022 all-region … Set the Allatoona H.S. single-season record with 12 sacks as a senior … Appeared in 12 games as a senior, totaling 81 tackles (53 solo), 23 tackles for loss, and six quarterback hurries … Also forced two fumbles and recovered one … Recorded 43 tackles, a sack, a forced fumble and two quarterback hurries in eight games as a junior in 2021 … Coached at Allatoona by Gary Varner … Attended same high school as current Georgia Tech teammate Ty Thompson."
Odinjor now joins running back Jamie Felix, wide receiver Juju Lewis, offensive linemen Wing Green, Elias Cloy, and Tyler Gibson, defensive linemen Kyle Kennard, Bryston Dixon, Jason Moore, and Malcolm Pugh, and cornerback Kenan Johnson as players that have entered the transfer portal from Georgia Tech.
Best of luck to Ezra wherever he lands!
It is going to be interesting to see how Georgia Tech adds depth to the defensive line. They have lost five players at the position and have yet to add any transfers. They do have four freshman defensive lineman coming in with the 2024 class.
Georgia Tech has made five impactful additions through the portal, all at positions of need. They landed a commitment from MTSU guard Keylan Rutledge (an all-conference guard), tight ends Jackson Hawes (Yale) and Ryland Goede (Georgia and Mississippi State), linebacker Jackson Hamilton (Louisville), and cornerback Warren Burrell (Tennessee). I think that all five guys will be instant impact players and at minimum, will bring experience.
