Is this Gonzaga's toughest nonconference schedule ever?

Dan Dickau discusses the Zags' potential outlook for the 2023-24 season

It has become customary for the Gonzaga Bulldogs to play in numerous, highly-anticipated matchups against college basketball's premier programs throughout the regular season. The past few seasons have seen the Zags take on plenty of top-25 teams at home, away and neutral sites, and the 2023-24 nonconference slate is no different.

From reigning national champion UConn to runner-up San Diego State, the Zags will be tested against top-level competition from November to February, with a few tune-up games along the way. Five of their known opponents are ranked in ESPN's preseason Top 25 rankings, which doesn't include potential matchups against Kansas (No. 1), Tennessee (No. 8) or Marquette (No. 10) at the 2023 Maui Invitational. In the West Coast Conference, Saint Mary's (No. 23) will contend for the conference title with an experienced core full of talent.

How many games can Gonzaga expect to win in the 2023-24 regular season? Former Gonzaga All-American Dan Dickau gives his outlook on the Zags and more on a mailbag edition of the Gonzaga Nation podcast.
