Mark Few checked off another milestone in his illustrious head coaching career as the final buzzer sounded on the Gonzaga Bulldogs' 86-61 road win over Pepperdine on Thursday night.

With the victory, Few now has 700 career victories over his 24 years at the helm of the Gonzaga men's basketball program, putting him on a short list of 14 active head coaches with as many wins in their careers. Few ranks second in NCAA Division-I history behind Kentucky's Adolph Rupp (700-136) as the fastest to 700 career wins.

The milestone set Thursday is among the many in Few's career resume. Along with boasting the best winning percentage of all time at 83.4%, Few was also the third-fastest coach to reach 500 and 600 career wins. He's also the only coach to win eight or more consecutive conference championships twice.

Few's consistency in the West Coast Conference and NCAA Tournament stages are quite impressive. He's the only coach to make it to the NCAA Tournament 24 consecutive times to start a career and he's the lone coach to win eight or more conference championships in a row twice in a career. His dominance in the West Coast Conference is unheard of, as he's won the most coach of the year awards (13), regular season championships (22), tournament championships (19) and tournament wins (45).
