Will Pavle Stosic play for the Gonzaga Bulldogs in the 2023-24 season?

The Zags added the Serbian forward ahead of the program's first official practice on Monday

The Gonzaga men's basketball team added more depth on Monday with the addition of Serbian forward Pavle Stosic.

Assistant coach R-Jay Barsh confirmed in an Instagram story that Stosic, a 6-foot-8, 19-year-old with a few seasons of playing professionally under his belt, will be joining the team as a freshman in 2023. Stosic spent time in Spain playing for Zaragoza and most recently CBP Huesca. In between professional stints, he represented his home Serbia at the FIBA U18 European Challengers in 2021.

Stosic is the sixth new face to the program, as Few spent the offseason revamping the Zags through the transfer portal and international recruiting trails.

With so much depth at the wing and frontcourt positions, is there a path to playing time for the newest member of the Gonzaga Bulldogs? Former All-American Dan Dickau breaks down Stosic's role as a freshman, 2023 recruiting classes around the West Coast Coast Conference and more on the latest episode of the Gonzaga Nation podcast.
