Drew Timme went into last week's NBA Draft Combine hoping to impress NBA teams with his outside shooting and improved athleticism.

The early returns indicate that Timme might have helped his cause. He had 17 points and 7 rebounds in the final scrimmage, and shot 48% (12-of-25) in the 3-point drill. His official height without shoes on - 6'8.75" - was sixth among centers, and his wingspan - 7'1.175" - was seventh.

The most recent NBA mock draft on NBADraft.net has Timme projected as a second-round pick (No. 47 overall) to the Los Angeles Lakers.

On the latest episode of the Gonzaga Nation podcast, former Zags' All-American Dan Dickau analyzes Timme's pre-draft performance, his value as an NBA player and much more.
