Gonzaga's Drew Timme and Julian Strawther were among the 78 players to participate in the 2023 NBA Draft Combine, which began May 15 and runs through May 21 in Chicago. Part of the combine includes player measurements and results from shooting/agility drills and the NBA released the stats on Tuesday.

DREW TIMME

Drew Timme

Height without shoes: 6'8.75" (6th among centers)

Standing reach: 9'0.50" (Tied-7th among centers)

Weight: 243.2 lbs. (6th among centers)

Wingspan: 7'1.175" (7th among centers)

Hand width (inches): 10.00

Hand length (inches): 9.00

Lane agility time (seconds): 10.93

Three-quarter sprint (seconds): 3.34

Standing vertical leap (inches): 26.0

Max vertical leap (inches): 30.5

Timme's combination of hands, footwork and touch around the basket as a dominant interior scorer stands out most to NBA scouts and executives. Defensively though, his lack of athleticism generates concerns about his ability to protect the rim at 6-foot-10.

Though his standing reach and vertical leap weren't mind-blowing, Timme's 10.93 lane agility time on Monday was the fastest among participating centers, while his wingspan and standing reach were also in the top 10 for the position.

His showing in the shooting drills and five-on-five scrimmages later this week could be the two biggest factors that impact his draft stock.

"[Timme's] intangibles are appealing and he has swagger that will help him, but the odds are not in his favor unless he can become a consistent range shooter, which is an area he can improve," said one NBA executive to Gonzaga Nation.

Currently, NBADraft.net projects Timme going No. 47 to the Los Angeles Lakers.

JULIAN STRAWTHER

Julian Strawther

Height without shoes:6'6.00" (T-4th among small forwards)

Standing reach:8'9.00" (T-3rd among small forwards)

Weight: 208.8 lbs (9th among small forwards)

Wingspan: 6'9.25" (11th among small forwards)

Hand width (inches): 8.25

Hand length (inches): 8.25

Lane agility time (seconds): 10.94

Shuttle run (seconds): 3.46

Three-quarter sprint (seconds): 3.31

Standing vertical leap (inches): 27.5

Max vertical leap (inches): 34.5

Strawther's shooting ability and size at the wing position fit the mold of a prototypical "3-and-D" forward in the modern NBA. However, his athleticism and effort on the defensive end of the floor sparked concern from one NBA executive.

"Strawther's frame and athleticism are unsatisfying. He's doughy, not strong enough," the NBA executive said to Gonzaga Nation. "Sometimes he's too nonchalant and undisciplined defensively. He's not super quick. He has a great wingspan, but doesn't use it enough."

Despite posting a slower time than his teammate, Strawther posted the fifth-fastest lane agility time among participating small forwards at 10.94 seconds. His 3.46-second shuttle time was also top-5, and though he was slower in the three-quarter sprint, Strawther already proved himself as one of the most agile small forwards in this year's draft.

Strawther's draft stock hovers around the early- to late- 2nd round. ESPN's latest mock draft projects Strawther to go No. 51 to the Brooklyn Nets, while NBADraft.net has him going No. 35 to the Boston Celtics.

Strawther declined to participate in the five-on-five scrimmage on Wednesday.
