Michigan State's Theryn Hallock was the consensus Sixth Player of the Year for the 2023-24 campaign. Coming off the bench, she averaged 11.2 points, 2.7 assists and 2.2 rebounds per game while shooting nearly 52% from the floor.

Finally, Ohio State's Kevin McGuff was the consensus Coach of the Year in the Big Ten. He led the Buckeyes to a 25-4 record and a 16-2 mark in conference play. Ohio State was the outright Big Ten champion.
