VIDEO: Indiana unveils new uniforms for Homecoming to honor bicentennial

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. — Adidas has put together a new-look football uniform for Indiana to wear during its Homecoming game against Rutgers on Saturday at Memorial Stadium.
The uniforms are a salute to IU's 200-year anniversary and all the bicentennial celebrations that will take place throughout the year. The uniforms include many moments from the past, including the "Indiana'' lettering on the front of the jersey that matches what was used by the 1968 Rose Bowl team.
There are candy stripes, a different-looking IU logo and also a patch that honors college football's 150-year anniversary.
Saturday's game begins at Noon ET at Memorial Stadium. The Hoosiers are coming off a bye week and are eager to get back onto the field and get their first Big Ten conference win of the season. The Hoosiers are 3-2 overall, but 0-2 in the league.
Rutgers is 1-4 overall and also 0-2 in the league. Indiana has won three straight games against their Big Ten East opponent, including 41-0 in 2017 the last time the two teams got together in Bloomington
Here's a video that shows off the new look of the uniforms:
This is Indiana's fourth home game of the season. They have beaten Eastern Illinois 52-0 and Connecticut 38-3 at Memorial Stadium. They lost their Big Ten home opener against Ohio State, falling 51-10.
Indiana is a 27.5-point favorite, the largest point spread ever in a Big Ten game for the Hoosiers.
There are only two home games remaining after Saturday, Nov. 2 against Northwestern and Nov. 23 against Michigan.
