Brevin Doll is a rising 2024 prospects from Iowa. He's sorting through an attractive list of D-I  scholarship offers, all of them arriving since Jan. 26.

Iowa, Iowa State, Kansas State, Oklahoma State, Minnesota, South Dakota, Northern Iowa, Western Michigan and Princeton have reportedly offered. He's visited the in-state schools, Kansas State, North Dakota State and Northern Illinois.

Doll (6-0, 190) returned to Iowa last Sunday for a junior day event. He enjoyed it.

"It went great. I talked with a lot of coaches and recruits," he told HN.

The Hawkeyes offered the Adel (IA) A-D-M High running back on Feb. 20. He spoke with HN about the opportunity at that time.

Sunday marked Doll's fifth unofficial visit to Iowa City since last summer. It proved more personal.

"It was good to sit down with coach (Kirk) Ferentz to start the day and introduce him to my family," he said.

Doll's athleticism has stood out. He averaged 7.3 points and 3.1 rebounds for the basketball team this winter after a sophomore season in track, where he ran the 100 meters in 10.74 seconds, the 200 in 21.89 and the 400 in 51.17. He visited Iowa for track in December.

He loves training, which attracts him to the Hawkeye Football program.

"The strength presentation by coach (Raimond) Braithwaite was awesome. I love to hear about the science and analytics that go into the workouts," Doll said.

His athleticism and training helped him shine on the gridiron in the Fall. He led the state with 2,681 all-purpose yards, rushing for 1,475 yards (8.2 YPC) and 27 touchdowns, and accumulating 640 receiving yards (19.4 YPR) with six scores. He averaged 38.8 yards and found the end zone once on 12 kick returns, and returned four punts for 100 yards and a TD.

Doll loved the photo shoot while wearing an Iowa Football uniform during junior day. He appreciated hearing from current Hawkeyes talking about life as a student-athlete in the program.

"The player panel was one of the best parts. It’s good to hear first-hand from them about the day-to-day schedule and what to expect. I really like it there," he said.

Doll has scheduled spring practice visits to Iowa, Iowa State, Kansas State and Oklahoma State.

"I'm still trying to get dates nailed down with a few others," he said.

On3 and 247Sports rank Doll as a three-star prospect. The former sees him as the No. 3 overall player in the state for '24 and the 36th-best running back nationally in the cycle. The latter shows him as the eighth-best player in Iowa and the No. 79 Athlete in the country.
