Game Day Live Blog: Louisville at Georgia Tech | Game 29

ATLANTA - After coming up just short against Duke, the Louisville men's basketball program is staying on the road, traveling down to Atlanta for a rematch with Georgia Tech.
While the Cardinals did lose 79-62 at the Blue Devils, the game was closer than the final score indicates. Louisville got off to a hot start before falling behind as the first half progressed, and had chances to comeback. The kept the deficit to around 10 points for most of the second half, but could never get over the hump.
As for the Yellow Jackets, they have looked slightly better since first facing Louisville on Feb. 1, resulting in a 68-58 Cardinals victory. After starting their 2022-23 campaign 8-15, including a nine-game losing streak, Georgia Tech has split their last six games with ACC wins over Notre Dame and Virginia Tech.
