How to Watch Louisville Cardinals vs. Virginia Tech Hokies: Live Stream, TV Channel, Start Time

LOUISVILLE, Ky. - Following a pair of road games in which they seemed to take a step backwards, the Louisville men's basketball program is set to play in their final home game of the 2022-23 season, hosting Virginia Tech at the KFC Yum! Center.

After a pair of narrow losses to ranked opponents and a win over Clemson, the Cardinals seemed like they might be on the verge of turning a corner with the ACC Tournament on the horizon. Instead, Louisville then promptly put up two more double-digit losses, falling 79-62 at Duke and 83-67 at Georgia Tech.

As for the Hokies, they have looked better over the last month after being on a free fall through the middle of the season, but still has work to do if they are to reach the NCAA Tournament. Virginia Tech started the year at 11-1, then dropped seven in a row once ACC play started. Since then, they have split their last 10 games, but have dropped their last two games against Miami and at Duke.

This will be the 46th all-time meeting between Louisville and Virginia, with the Cardinals holding a 36-9 series advantage. When these two teams last faced on Mar. 1, 2022, Virginia tech came out on top with a 75-43 road win to snap a 17-game winning streak by Louisville in the series.
