1:13 fourth quarter: Boston College calls a timeout. Louisville has the ball on the Eagle 23-yard line, facing a third-and-11.

3:32 fourth quarter: Aaron Boumerhi hits a 45-yard-field goal to give Boston College a 39-38 lead. Boston College goes 52 yards in 13 plays.

6:26 fourth quarter: Boston College is using its ground game. AJ Dillon had a carry for 13 yards to bring the ball to the 43-yard-line.

8:13 third quarter: Cunningham completes another downfield throw, Dez Fitzpatrick leaps for a 41-yard reception. The Cardinals bring the ball to the 4-yard-line, but a personal foul and holding penalty back the drive up to the 29-yard-line.

9:57 third quarter: Boston College leads Louisville 29-28. Grosel throws a 19-yard touchdown to Korab Idrizi to cap a 59-yard drive.

After 246 passing yards in the first half, Louisville doesn't attempt a throw on its first possession of the third quarter, a quick three-and-out.

Halftime Stats: Micale Cunningham has completed 9 of 12 throws for 227 yards, Javian Hawkins has rushed for 126 yards, Seth Dawkins has five receptions for 157 yards for Louisville.

0:29 second quarter: Dennis Grosel throws a 13-yard touchdown. Louisville leads Boston College 28-22. The Eagles go 70 yards in nine plays.

1:45 second quarter: Louisville leads Boston College 28-14. Hassan Hall scores from six yards. Louisville goes 80 yards in 39 seconds.

1:58 second quarter: Cunningham throws a 77-yard pass to Seth Dawkins to put the ball inside the 10-yard-line. Cunningham is comfortable throwing the ball downfield.

5:28 second quarter: Louisville's defense forces a three-and-out, the Cardinals take over on the 14-yard-line. Cunningham returns at quarterback.

6:23 second quarter: Louisville leads Boston College 21-14. Javian Hawkins scores from three yards on a fourth-and-1. Evan Conley didn't have any problems leading Louisville in his first drive, going 75 yards in 10 plays.

11:27 second quarter: Louisville and Boston College tied 14-14. Korab Idrizi catches a 10-yard touchdown from Dennis Grosel. Grosel subbed in for Anthony Brown, who was injured late in the drive. The Eagles went eight plays, 89 yards.

12:05 second quarter: Boston College has the ball on the Louisville 7-yard-line.

Boston College connects with a 53-yard throw, another long gain in the air. Louisville has struggled to limit downfield throws early on.

The Cardinals offense punts after scoring on its opening two drives. Malik Cunningham looks comfortable running the offense, but the Cardinals third drive stalled on two false start penalties.

End of the first quarter: Louisville leads Boston College 14-7.

Malik Cunningham is starting at quarterback for the third straight game. Jawon Pass, who started Louisville's first two games, has been ruled out with injury.
