Miami Hurricanes vs Bethune-Cookman Wildcats: Where to Watch

The Miami Hurricanes (2-0) will be going against the Bethune-Cookman Wildcats (). This game offers an opportunity for the Hurricanes to show why they are now ranked No. 22 in the Associated Press Poll and should continue to climb as well.
It’s a short week before kickoff as it’s not a traditional Saturday game. Miami will need to be emotionally ready after the big win versus Texas A&M.

Betting Odds: Miami -41 was the opening line, but not many sports books have the game on the board.
Series History: Miami leads the series 6-0 and defeated Bethune-Cookman 70-13 last season to open Mario Cristobal’s Hurricanes coaching career.
Miami Trends: With Miami quarterback Tyler Van Dyke playing a tremendous game versus Texas A&M, it appears that the Miami offense is finding a balance between running and passing.
The running back corps accounts for 250 rushing yards and 3 rushing touchdowns versus Miami of Ohio, and then Van Dyke throws for 374 yards and 5 touchdowns versus Texas A&M.
With Miami’s ability to hit defenses on the ground or through the air, the contest against Bethune-Cookman should be another opportunity to finetune how the Canes move the football.
The Hurricanes should be able to enforce their will versus the Wildcats. The mental fortitude to stay on task and be consistent – without committing needless false starts and other inexcusable penalties during the game – will also be something to watch for.
Defensively, the Canes need to continue to showcase their stout rushing defense, which is allowing only 74 yards through two games. That's good for 20th in the nation.
