BREAKING: Michigan Football Adds To 2024 Class

Jim Harbaugh and his staff have done a phenomenal job in the 2024 class, and that good momentum continues this week. On Monday, the highly-ranked class grew by one when Charlotte (N.C.) West Charlotte athlete Jaden Smith chose the Wolverines.

Smith (6-3, 195-pounds) is labeled as a safety by 247 Sports, but he really plays all over the field in high school. He's dynamic as a pass rusher off the edge as an outside linebacker and he's a true playmaker on offense as a wide receiver. Because of his size, he projects as a safety or outside linebacker in college, and he appears to have plenty of athleticism and fluidity to play several positions at a high level.
