In this story:

After the first quarter ended, Michigan was up 16-3 -- but the Wolverines didn't have all good news.

Midway through the first quarter, J.J. McCarthy found Roman Wilson for a 23-yard completion, and Maryland defensive back Dane Trader Jr. was immediately flagged for targeting.

But after the review, the officials ruled it as not targeting. Wilson immediately went to the medical tent and when he emerged he went back into the locker room.

When Wilson came out from the locker room he was seen on the Michigan sidelines in street clothes and a team spokesman confirmed that Wilson was done for the day.

The seriousness of Wilson's injury is not yet known, but we should have more to update after the game.

Wilson leads Michigan with 10 receiving touchdowns. With Ohio State next on the schedule, the Wolverines would love to have Wilson available next week.
