All of the focus is set on Alabama and winning the College Football Playoff, but it's hard not to look into the future and think about what current Wolverines may be back in 2024 and who might be off to the NFL.

The Michigan offensive line has been as good as it gets the past few seasons in Ann Arbor, but things might look completely different next season when the Wolverines take the field. Michigan is set to lose at least three starters on the offensive line: Trevor Keegan, Drake Nugent, and Zak Zinter.

And it appears the Wolverines might be losing another starter, but should be retaining another.

According to Clayton Sayfie with On3, the big 6-foot-6, 340-pound Myles Hinton plans on coming back to Ann Arbor for another season.

But fifth-year hybrid lineman Karsen Barnhart is planning on forgoing his final year, according to Alejandro Zuniga with 247Sports

“This year is the year. We do it or we don’t,” Barnhart told TMI regarding Michigan's national championship quest. "I don’t think I’ll be back. Been here for five years. Also, I think it's just time to maybe move on with my life. But right now, it’s all about Michigan football and this team.”

Barnhart mentioned guys like Greg Crippen, Giovanni El-Hadi, and Myles Hinton all that could step up next season for the Wolverines. Michigan also added Northwestern transfer Josh Priebe who was an All-Big Ten member this season.

While it's a topic to worry about in the offseason, the attrition Michigan will face is going to be an intriguing topic to monitor.
