REPORT: Sherrone Moore To Be Acting Head Coach If Harbaugh Cannot Attend

In this story:
As of 10:15 a.m. Jim Harbaugh has not been granted a TRO (temporary restraining order) and while the outcome should be decided 'soon' it hasn't happened yet.
Reports indicate if Harbaugh is not granted the TRO in time for the game to coach against Penn State, offensive coordinator Sherron Moore will serve as acting head coach.

Harbaugh was suspended for the remainder of the regular season by Big Ten commissioner Tony Petitti on Friday around 4:00 p.m. ET. The Wolverines filed for a TRO almost immediately and now it's a waiting game to see if it gets approved by a judge.
Petitti suspended Harbaugh for violating the sportsmanship policy. Petitti said the suspension wasn't a sanction against Harbaugh but against the university.
In the Big Ten's 13-page letter to Michigan, he stated there was no evidence supporting Harbaugh knew or was in on the sign-stealing scheme that was set by former Michigan staffer Connor Stalions.
