Local Four-Star Prospect Nearing Decision

Michigan's recent run of success has definitely gotten the attention of recruits around the country, but local products have seen things up close and personal. That seems to be the case with Belleville (Mich.) High linebacker Jeremiah Beasley.
The 6-1, 210-pounder picked up his Michigan offer almost two years ago to the day and has been squarely on the radar ever since. Throughout much of his recruitment, he has felt like a Michigan State lean, but the Wolverines might just be in the pole position at this time. And just in time. The speedy backer is committing on June 29.
He recently spoke with The D Zone about his incredibly successful run at Belleville, his recruitment and his upcoming senior season.

Beasley has a top group, that has changed some, consisting of Michigan, Michigan State, Penn State, Tennessee and Missouri, but most see this as an in-state battle between MSU and U-M. Since Jim Harbaugh rehired Chris Partrige, the Wolverines have been surging. Now, it's almost decision time and Beasley plans to take a few official visits ahead of his June 29th decision. He'll be in East Lansing next weekend, Ann Arbor the weekend after that and he'll check out Missouri on the weekend of June 23.
