As is almost always the case in recruiting, the rich got richer, while other schools struggled to bring in program-changing talent.

The February version of National Signing Day essentially puts a bow on the 2023 recruiting class outside of a small handful of recruits. That means that programs can now turn their attention to the 2024 class and beyond. Before we completely close the door on the 2023 cycle, it is important to take a look at how everyone else in the Big Ten did. The Big Ten is home to some of the most impressive classes in the country with five in the top-25 (six if you count soon-to-be member USC).
