Michigan State Listed in Top-10 for '22 Four-Star WR Omar Cooper Jr.
East Lansing, Mich. – Michigan State football is closing in on a top prospect from the 2022 recruiting class.
Omar Cooper Jr., a four-star wide receiver, listed the Spartans in his top-10 schools alongside Wisconsin, Purdue, Minnesota, West Virginia, Cincinnati, Indiana, Missouri, Virginia Tech, and Illinois.
At 6-foot-1 and 170-pounds, he is the No. 5 recruit in Indiana and listed as the No. 29 wideout in his respective class.
The Spartans 2022 class is 39th nationally and eighth in the Big Ten, with an average rating of 0.8556.
MSU features five verbal commits, including safety Malik Spencer, athlete Tyrell Henry, guard Kristian Phillips, guard Gavin Broscious, and tackle Ashton Lepo.
