Carpenter, Sr. revealed his pre season college football top 25 earlier this year he took some tough criticism. He put the Spartan at #3. Well NFL.com the official media entity owned by the National Football League has released their top 15 best college football team's entering 2015 and they agree with Carpenter's analysis.
