Yesterday Peko had arthroscopic surgery on his right knee. The injury and subsequent knee surgery with keep him out multiple weeks.

Peko injured his left knee on October 18 and last week he injured his right. The right knee injury kept him sidelined for the Lions game last week.

His head coach, Marvin Lewis addressed losing arguably his best DT, “They did another scan last week and felt like probably the thing to do was to go in and scope it, and he would recover more quickly."

The Bengals are 9-3 and by joining the NFL club (by beating the Lions) they obtained just their second winning season in 19 years.
