• Three football players received accolades following their win against Tennessee on Saturday, Nov. 11. Darius Robinson received SEC Defensive Lineman of the Week honors, defensive back Kris Abrams-Draine was named a semifinalist  for the Chuck Bednarik Award, given to the best defensive player in college football; and wide receiver Luther Burden III was named a semifinalist for the Maxwell Award, given to the best player in all of college football. 
• Volleyball's libero Maya Sands was named SEC Defensive Player of the Week. Sands led the team with 46 digs in the week and ranks first in the league with 480 dig for the season. 
• Volleyball officially signed Claire Morrissey, the No. 3-ranked player in the country. 
• Women's basketball guard Mama Dembele is tied for third nationally in assists with 9.0 per game.
