Missouri Football Secures Fourth Offensive Lineman Commit for The 2024 Class

Caleb Pyfrom, a 3-star offensive lineman, has joined the upward-trending Tiger recruiting class.

The Missouri Tigers landed their fourth commit on the offensive line for the upcoming season in Caleb Pyfrom.

Pyfrom, a composite 3-star offensive lineman from Omaha, NE, was formerly committed to the Illinois Fighting Illini. He stands at 6-5, 315 pounds, with the versatility to play multiple positions on the line.

Pyfrom decommitted on Oct. 8 and committed to Missouri on the morning of Dec. 18. This announcement comes two days before national signing day.

Pyfrom is ranked No. 727 nationally and No. 53 at his position. He is also the seventh highest ranked prospect out of the state of Nebraska.

After Pyfrom's commitment, they move up to No. 29 in the national team recruiting rankings. They are also ranked No. 14 in the SEC team rankings, which is an improvement on being last just months ago.

The Tigers now have 18 total commits, not including transfers, for the class of 2024, as well as two transfers.

Pyfrom held notable offers from schools like Nebraska, Illinois, Colorado, Minnesota, Purdue and Iowa. He visited the Huskers, Gophers and Illini as well as the Tigers throughout the season.

Pyfrom visited Columbia earlier in the year, decommitting shortly after. Pyfrom was back on campus this past weekend, eventually leading to his commitment.

Missouri may not be done loading up on offensive lineman, as Oklahoma transfer and Lee Summit native Cayden Green is believed to be a top priority of the coaching staff. Green, a former 4-star recruit in the class of 2023, could be a portal addition for the Tigers.
