NC State's already stellar recruiting class got even better Monday with the commitment of Josh Hall to coach Kevin Keatts and the Wolfpack.

The five-star wing from Moravian Prep in Hickory is the fifth and highest-ranked member of a 2020 class that also includes his three-star high school teammate Shakeel Moore, four-star point guard Cam Hayes, three-star power forward Nick Farrar and three-star big man Ebenezer Dowuona.

Hayes announced his decision to play for State on Saturday. The other three have already signed their National Letters of Intent.

Hall, a slender 6-foot-9, 190-pound scorer who transferred to Moravian from Oak Hill (Va.) Academy, is ranked as high as the No. 2 prospect in North Carolina by some recruiting sites.

He has the ability to run the floor and score in transition, knock down the perimeter jumper and do damage in the paint by posting up smaller defenders.

Hall averaged 25 points, seven rebounds and five assists as a junior last season and had a standout summer playing for Team Loaded. He took his official visit to State last month and chose the Wolfpack over ACC rival Louisville and DePaul.
