Nebraska recently offered a middle-schooler who will be entering his first year of high school this fall. The Huskers extended the offer after doing an in-depth dive on not only his freakish tendencies but also his Under Armour Next game performance back in January.

Steven Moore is a linebacker prospect. Many believe he is going to be the best in his class. He is from Miami, Florida, and holds many high-level offers including Nebraska.

“I was very excited when I received the offer from Nebraska, being only my second power five offer and it also proved that schools are interested in me already being that I’m only in the 8th grade,” Moore stated to HuskerMax.

“What makes Nebraska unique to me is the support system and fan base. They show me the most love on Twitter. I love their passion!”

He also confirms that he wants to visit the Huskers for a specific reason.

“Yes, I plan on visiting Nebraska in the future. I heard the game atmosphere is a must and I wanna see my boy Jacorey Barney go crazy!” Barney is a 2024 addition for the Huskers from Miami.

Moore says he has no top schools at the moment. This is understandable considering he isn’t even in high school yet.

“I have so long to go and so much to learn before I can even make a top list. I want to visit the school and get a feel for the school. I don't have any top schools at the moment.”
