Will Anderson Talks Nebraska Relationship

Huskers are pushing hard for this in-state 2026 signal caller

Will Anderson is a class of 2026 quarterback from Bellevue West High School in Bellevue, Nebraska.

The quarterback prospect has been around the Nebraska program for quite some time now and had some great things to say to HuskerMax.

“Nebraska is so special because of the culture and environment and energy I get whenever I’m around the facility and coaches and players, and I can tell the difference in the energy ever since coach (Matt) Rhule has come to Nebraska,” Anderson stated.

“I’ve connected really well every time I’ve been there with really all of the coaches, but here’s a few that have stuck out: coach (Marcus) Satterfield, Ed Foley, Tony White, Adam DiMichele, and when I met Glenn Thomas and of course Coach Matt Rhule, they were awesome, it was great and I love the whole staff.”

He has plans to come back for a visit.

“I do plan to come back and visit very soon for a spring practice and potentially the spring game.”

The talented 2026 athlete dived deeper into what made Nebraska unique.

“When I think of Nebraska, the first thing that comes to mind is the shift in culture and bringing back Nebraska football as I believe they are in the process right now. Coach Rhule is a great coach and I believe he will turn the program around.”

“What I could bring to Nebraska is not just a great player on the field but a good person off the field which to me is very important and being the best teammate I can be and setting the example in the locker room on how to be the best version of yourself and putting others first and how to be a great leader and holding yourself accountable.”

It’s obvious that his recruitment is far from over, but left us off with an exciting statement.

“So far Nebraska is for sure a top school for me right now, but I’m still young and have two full years of football and a lot more of recruitment from other schools to come as the months and years go by.”
