Can the Cowboys start a win streak after taking down Tulsa a week ago?

The Oklahoma State Cowboys are hosting the Oral Roberts Golden Eagles. Both teams are 4-5 on the season and this is set to be a good game in the Gallagher-Iba Arena.

Though turnovers were an issue against Tulsa a week ago, the Cowboys won the game handily and fended off any attempt at a comeback from the Golden Hurricane. They snapped their two-game skid against Tulsa and now look to build a small winning streak against ORU.

For the Cowboys, they've got a bit more to prove in this one. With center Isaiah Miranda having gotten his feet wet, they're finally playing at full strength and need to capture some momentum ahead of Big 12 play in a few weeks. An upset from a Summit League school wouldn't bode well for Oklahoma State.

Once again, the Cowboys are favorites, as they were a week ago against Tulsa. Coming off a win, the Cowboys should be in good hands if they can get Javon Small involved early, as he's averaging 17.1 points per game.

Another impact player to watch for Oklahoma State is freshman Eric Dailey. He's been continually improving and is averaging 9.1 points per game in 26.3 minutes per game. If he plays a heavy dose and is put in a good position to succeed on the offensive in, he's capable of swinging a game like this.

The Golden Eagles are coming off a close battle with Texas Tech, falling short of a win. Isaac McBride will be ORU's best weapon in this one and can change the game for his team, averaging just under 19 points per game.

This game has upset potential because of ORU's ability to score in bunches while shooting the 3-pointer plenty, something the Cowboys will struggle to match. Oklahoma State will have to slow ORU down and control the pace to ensure the Golden Eagles don't go on any large run, something that's hurt Oklahoma State plenty this season.
