Game Time for OSU's Homecoming Game Against Baylor Has Been Set

STILLWATER -- This open week for Oklahoma State football, and I truly believe for the fans as well, is welcomed with opened arms. The 45-35 loss to Texas Tech seemed to kind of zap everyone and now it's time to take a bit of a break, refocus and prepare for Homecoming against Baylor.
The Pokes will be back on the FOX network, but it's on big FOX and kick is set for 3 p.m. CT. This is a huge game for the Pokes and not just because it's Homecoming and no one wants to lose Homecoming. No, there's a real chance that Baylor could come into Stillwater next weekend undefeated and still ranked in the AP Poll.

After beating Kansas State this past weekend 31-12 in Manhattan, Baylor jumped up to No. 22 in the AP Poll and No. 23 in the Amway Coaches Poll. Baylor plays host to Texas Tech this weekend for Homecoming and for those of you that are interested, that game is being televised on FS1 at 3 p.m.
There's also some serious conference implications over the next couple of weeks. Baylor is 2-0 in conference play, tied with Oklahoma and Texas, both of which play each other this weekend. Texas Tech is 1-1 in conference play and could move to 2-1, tied with Baylor should they win this weekend.

With the 3 p.m. kick against Baylor, that means that the Sea of Orange Homecoming parade will start at 9 a.m. And of course, there's the Walk Around and Homecoming and Hoops on Friday night. Homecoming and Hoops will take place from 9 p.m. to midnight and is always a blast.
