Ole Miss and Tulane headline the national non-conference slate in college football this season.

Happy Memorial Day here on May 29, 2023. Here's the news you need to know out of Oxford.

1. Ole Miss vs. Tulane is one of the most-hyped non-conference games nationally this season.

The former SEC foes will square off in Week 2 of the college football season. Both programs are nationally-ranked this summer, and that has added to the anticipation for this matchup. Ole Miss will open the season against Mercer before traveling to New Orleans.

2. Three baseball Rebels were named to the All-SEC team despite a lackluster season.

Kemp Alderman, Jacob Gonzalez and Calvin Harris all earned spots on this year's second team. You can read more here.

3. How does Eli Manning's collegiate career stack up against the rest of college football in the 2000s?
