Lane Kiffin and Charlie Weis Jr. have their work cut out for them in this competition as each quarterback excels at different things. The wild card will be Spencer Sanders who will be looking to regain his 2021 form that saw him defeat the Notre Dame Fighting Irish in the Fiesta Bowl.
In the second segment of the show, we talk about rule changes that are coming to college football involving total game time but does not account for anything that actually affected run time, like TV timeouts and replays. We talk about how these rule changes will make for an even better TV product but make the in stadium experience worse. In the age of NIL, that is dangerous.
In our final segment of the day, we talk about Coach Yo and her Ole Miss Rebels and how far they have come as a program. This weekend, the South Carolina Gamecocks flew into town, and Ole Miss lost in overtime.
