Wednesday was the big day – National Singing Day.

Going into, Ole Miss has firm commitments from 21 high school seniors to join the Rebel recruiting class of 2021. Leaving, they had signing NLIs from 23 players.

Below was live reaction from the signing day, a trail of commitments leaking from very early in the morning until late afternoon... and the Rebels might be getting another huge target on Friday.

Wednesday:

End of Day: By the end of Wednesday, 23 future Rebels signed their National Letters of Intent. The Rebels landed four SI All-American targets in the class (Markevious Brown, Hudson Wolfe, Luke Altmyer and Dink Jackson) as well as two other four-star players (Bralon Brown and Tysheem Johnson).

There's still one big name to drop. Malik McClain, another SI All-American finalist and four-star receiver from IMG Academy will decide on Wednesday and is expected to pick Ole Miss.

2:06 p.m.: The biggest afternoon domino we were waiting on has come through. Markevious Brown has chosen the Rebels over Miami. An SI All-American finalist, this is a huge get for the Rebels.

12:34 p.m.: Dink has inked. Dink Jackson is a huge piece in the future of this Rebel defense. Deion Smith will be deciding shortly, but seems like it's 100% LSU with no flip.

11:28 a.m.: The Rebels are still slowly receiving NLIs, with Kyndrich Breedlove and Brandon Buckhaulter's rolling in now. Up to 18 signees now.

10:38 a.m.: Ole Miss just flipped MJ Daniels from Mississippi State, a HUGE get. For more on Daniels' signing with the Rebels, see here.

9:46 a.m.: Two offensive lineman, Cedrick Nicely and Micah Pettus, have sent in their signed NLIs.

MJ Daniels' decision will be coming shortly.

8:33 a.m.: Isaiah Iton, Jamond Gordon and Jayden Williams have signed.

To this point, well over half of the Rebel commits, have already sent in their official paperwork.

8:17 a.m.: Tysheem Johnson, a huge future piece in the Rebel secondary, has signed, as has another defensive back, Trey Washington out of Alabama.

We're still awaiting the decisions of some of the big fish to fry.

7:49 a.m.: The Rebels have already gotten a few signatures to come in super early this morning. Demarcus Smith, Elijah Sabbatini, Caden Costa, Hudson Wolfe, JJ Henry, Taleeq Robbins, JJ Hawkins and Demarco Williams have already signed.

Late Tuesday Night:

Ole Miss picked up a commitment last night from JJ Henry, a flashy speedster of a three-star wide receiver out of Texas. He becomes the 21st member in the class, counting the decommitment of the below name.

Three-star guard Makylan Pounders also decommitted from Ole Miss on the evening, just days after flipping from Mississippi State. More than likely, this is due to the Rebels running out of spots for Pounders, which could mean even bigger fish to come on Wednesday.
