Former Pitt WR Jordan Addison Comments On USC Decision

Former Pitt Panthers wide receiver Jordan Addison officially announced that he will enroll at USC.

PITTSBURGH -- The Jordan Addison saga is over. The star receiver formerly of the Pittsburgh Panthers is headed to USC. Addison had only spoken through the media and spokespeople until Thursday afternoon when he posted a statement on Twitter.

"The last few weeks have been very difficult," Addison wrote. "I struggled with my decision as to whether I should exercise my right to enter the portal. Student athletes have not always had that opportunity, and I made that choice."

Addison went on to express his gratitude to Pitt.

"I am and always will be grateful to the University of Pittsburgh, to Coach Narduzzi, all my coaches (past and present), the faculty, the fans, supporters but especially to my teammates. I love them. Winning an ACC Championship is ours forever. Those true friendships will last. A part of me will always be H2P."

At the very end, Addison revealed his transfer destination.

"I will continue my full development as a student athlete by enrolling at USC."
